The Cottage on Royal home is centrally located conveniently in downtown historic Leesburg and within walking distance of lots of unique dining experiences, quaint shops, and other entertainment. If you are visiting on Saturday - Be sure to visit the farmers market between 8-12 on Catoctin Circle and King Street. It is a short walk or an even shorter drive.
Guest Access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including the fenced backyard. Entry is seamless with our keyless lock—your code will be the last four digits of your phone number. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. We love to welcome our guests early whenever possible. If the home is vacant the night before your arrival, you may be able to check in as early as 8:00 AM. Otherwise, the home will likely be ready by 2:00 PM. We will message you the day before your stay to confirm if an early check-in is possible.
